3 MM CLEAR FIRST GRADE FLOAT GLASS
Float glass with CE certificate under our name
For glass replacement, picture framing use
Straight cut edges no polishing, clean no finger marks
90 ° square cut
Thickness tolerance +/- 0.1mm, dimensional tolerance +/- 2 mm
PACKING
Individual pack for each piece of glass ( One item is : 1 pc glass, 1 pc white printed 2 colours cardboard 3mm, 1 shrunk transparent plastic film ) the white cardboard overlaps 2 sides of the glass by 50 mm and is 8 mm wider that the glass on each other 2 sides for protection, the film PVC is well positioned and well shrunk, no wrinkles.
The outer box ( brown colour 25 kg quality ), containing 6 or 12 pc depending the size, with an A5 label indicating the content, the boxes are shipped standing up on fumigated wooden cra about 1 t
Trial order on 20 ft about 3000 M2 that is approx 600 pc in each size, total yearly target first year 100 000 m2 second year 200 000 m2
Target price : USD 2.25 per m2 fob port per piece as per ALL our our requirements, price must be kept till end 2015.
