The Lisec Group of Austria achieved a 25 percent increase in sales for the calendar year ended December 31, 2011, according to the company. "All regions worldwide saw improvements to their business and the company was able to achieve their targeted goals for the year," writes the company in its statement, released today.

Company officials attribute much of this success to measures that were made to streamline the company and adjust to the new market dynamics. Most importantly among those are the re-organization of the sales department globally and consolidation of software operations into a new automation group, according to the company.

Lisec officials say they also have renewed their focus on the company's core business through all-in-one concepts and integrated automation solutions.

"We continue to new solutions in our approach to the market with a strong focus on high quality products and services," says Karl Gruber, CEO of Lisec.

Also, during 2011 Lisec celebrated its 50-year anniversary.

"Innovation will continue to be the most important element of our strategy," Gruber says. "We will continue to respond to the industry challenges through additional developments which address the needs of our customers."
