Safelite Continues Growing Contact Centers

COLUMBUS, Ohio – May 10, 2012 – The nation’s leading provider of vehicle glass repair and replacement services, Safelite AutoGlass®, continues to expand its Columbus national contact centers. In May and June, the company will hire approximately 125 Telephone Sales Representatives and 100 Customer Service Representatives. Bilingual speakers are encouraged to apply.

These part-time positions offer flexible scheduling and benefits, including include optional medical, dental, vision coverage and a 401(k) retirement savings program. Professional development and coaching is provided to all associates in the contact center along with opportunities for advancement.

The contact center continues to grow to better serve Safelite’s expanding business. Sales in 2011 reached an all-time high of $1.1 billion. Safelite AutoGlass® currently employs 1,000 people in its Columbus, Ohio contact centers and 550 people in its Phoenix-area contact center.
