CityCenter begins settling with subcontractors

The process of paying CityCenter subcontractors has begun to move forward, although at a slower pace than many of the companies anticipated just two months ago.

In addition, at least some of the handful of those who have settled with MGM Resorts International, the developer of the $8.5 billion resort complex, have taken discounts on the face value of their liens for unpaid work.
