Triveni Glass Ltd. [India]has announced that with respect to Allahabad plant has been sold to M/s. Nipro Glass Corporation, Japan for Rs.150 Crores, the Company clarifies that no such deal has taken place and the Company is still in the process of finalizing the sale, according to a Sept. 21 Equity Bulls report.
