Police pointed to high winds as the likely culprit after three windows broke on an upper floor of a downtown office tower yesterday, sending glass falling to street level.
The glass first broke in the morning, while more broke away during the lunch hour from the TD Centre's Royal Trust Tower at 77 King St. W. [Toronto].Police suspect debris carried by winds caused the damage, according to a Jan. 29 report in The Globe and Mail.
