Freefoam Provides New Fast Scheduling Service

Freefoam Plastics introduce new scheduling service to help customers with product specification on building plans. As part of an on-going commitment to customer support Freefoam has launched a new service to provide accurate product specification and quantities for all elements of the building product range including fascia, soffit, rainwater and cladding materials. The new service will be provided by Simon Panting, a fully trained member of the sales support team, to give a quick ten day turnaround on all plans and drawings submitted. Chris Fenney, New Build Manager, who has considerable experience in this area, will manage the service ensuring that customer requests are fulfilled. Chris Fenney explains: “Supplying house builders and developers is an important part of being a Freefoam stockist but we know that scheduling can be very time consuming. This service will provide accurate timely specification schedules which are an essential part of winning these orders. We have made a strategic decision to up-skill our sales support team to provide a dedicated resource for customers which will give them a competitive edge leading towards increased sales”
