CHICAGO—Jan. 2012—The Saturn Rack Company, formerly Atlas Rack, has been acquired by A.W.T. World Trade GroupOpens in a new window as of January 17, 2012.

The acquisition of Saturn Racks creates one of the world’s largest and most diversified providers of industrial racks and drying applications in the storage and drying rack industry. The acquisition of the 40-year-old company brings together the industry’s best storage rack products.
