LCG Facades Makes Personnel Changes

In a planned restructure, officials at LCG Facades of Salt Lake City, Utah, have made Gary Dabb the president and owner. He was previously in charge of company operations. Earl Linford, who was instrumental in the formation of LCG Facades, is stepping down.



Joe Kalisz is replacing Tom Thorum as operations manager. Kalisz has experience in the curtainwall industry and is a Six Sigma Green Belt in LEAN Manufacturing. He worked for several years for Harmon Inc. as a project manager and operations manager.

Kalisz has hired two new project managers: Shawn Grams of Indianapolis has been a project manager for several years. He has a bachelor's degree in construction management from Purdue University in West Lafayette, Ind. His most recent project was the $8.7 million Eastern State Hospital project in Indianapolis. Scott Van Vleet worked for a curtainwall company in Denver, Colo., and is a Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design accredited professional. He has a master's degree in business administration from Drake University in Des Moines, Iowa, and a bachelor's degree in architecture from Iowa State University in Ames, Iowa.
