High speed combined with efficient tempering

Glaston´s new CHF Pro fits the high volume needs of the solar industry

At the Glasstec 2008 exhibition 21 - 25 October in Düsseldorf, Glaston brings an enlargement to the widely respected flat tempering machine family, the Tamglass CHF.

The new CHF Pro is also presented at the GlassBuild America show 6 - 8 October in Las Vegas.

The Tamglass CHF Pro model is a new and improved version of the Tamglass CHF which has been especially developed for solar and architectural glass tempering where the highest quality of glass with high capacity and reliability are necessities.

The CHF Pro features proprietary technology that gives the machine the capability to heat treat glass with improved distortion characteristics while reducing power consumption per each sheet.

The new technology improves the glass quality and consistency while increasing throughput. Advanced features coupled with Glaston´s years of experience are well suited for high volume applications as well as challenging parts.

High speed and high production rates coupled with ease of system integration have been the trademarks of the CHF line of products. This technology lends itself perfectly to the needs of solar, appliance and architectural industries.

"We listened to our customers and have a product that is faster, more consistent and more reliable", says Eric Tyira, Product Manager of the CHF.

"The CHF is a great product. The CHF Pro takes it to the next level", continues Eric. "Low energy consumption and flexible loading are just a few of the advantages of the CHF Pro."
