The International Painters and Allied Trades Industry Pension Fund has settled a lawsuit with CBO Glass in the United States District Court for the District of Maryland Northern Division that it filed in March 2012 claiming the contract glazier "failed to pay amounts due under the Labor Contracts, Trust Agreements and Plan from May 2011 to February 2012." Terms of the settlement were not disclosed.

Gamma, a division of the Far East Global Group Ltd., acquired CBO Glass' assets last August, including its 150,000-square-foot manufacturing facility, 15,000 square feet of office space, 25 employees and an existing portfolio of client projects.
