Officials from LCG Facades announced a series of leadership changes, including the promotion of Gary Dabb to President and Owner. Dabb was previously in charge of company operations, and succeeds Earl Linford, who is stepping down and will no longer be actively involved in company business, according to a Jan. 25 company release. Tom Thorum, who was in charge of the project managers, has also left the company.

Joe Kalisz was named Operations Manager, according to the release. Kalisz comes to LCG with extensive experience in the curtain wall industry, including several years' experience at Harmon Inc. as a project manager and operations manager.

Shawn Grams and Scott Van Vleet also joined the company as project managers to assist with projects currently under construction.
