Hollow glass to replace double glazed window

With the development of China national economy, China asks high for environmental protection, energy conservation and improving house condition, and has made corresponding technical regulations.

For instance, the standard of JGJ26095 requires that buildings must reduce by 50% of energy consumption over 1980s, and claims new heat transfer coefficient for building envelope, windows and doors: heat transfer coefficient of single glazed window is 6W/m². K; single-frame, double-glazed & plastic-strengthened composite window 3.5 W/m². K; single-frame double-glazed plastic window 2.6 W/m². K. So, windows must be installed with hollow glass if the heat transfer coefficient lowers than 2.5 W/m². K.

According to the new standard, the double glazed window meets the demand in Beijing, Tianjin, Shenyang and Dalian. However, the defeat of double glazed window - easy to fog on the spacing layer – will affect the performance in its appliance. Therefore, hollow glass is bound to replacing double glazed window.
