Glass is a traditional packaging material and glass bottle is also a traditional beverage-packaging container in China. As various packaging materials flood to the market, glass container still plays an important role in beverage package for its irreplaceable property. However, much less glass containers are used.

Features of glass container:
Innocuous, insipid, transparent, beautiful, good barrier property, airtight, rich in raw materials, low price and reusable;
Heat resistance, pressure-proof and east to clean.

For these merits, glass containers are the first choice for packaging high-grade beverage.

However, there is still a defect in glass containers: weak performance for secondary processing, which greatly reduces the amount of usage. Only in places of low consumption power can cheap glass bottles be shown up.
