Angolan company to build glass factory in 2010

A factory with the capacity to produce 5,000 tonnes of glass per day is due to be built in the first quarter of 2010, in Luanda, by the Lee E. Nsumbo company, the company’s chief executive, Abílio Cabral said Thursday [Aug. 13].Speaking to Angolan news agency Angop, Abílio Cabral added that the factory unit, to be built in the Viana municipality, would produce clear, mirrored, bronze-mirrored, brown and, hammered glass.The raw material for producing the glass, according to Cabral, will be acquired from China and Brazil, according to an Aug. 17 MacauHub report.
