Directors in move to salvage glass firm

Directors have purchased assets of Liverpool [U.K.] glass firm Greenberg, which collapsed late last year owing £16 million [$23,675,040].

Beryl Greenberg has set up Dakota Glass, a business registered in Liverpool, which has bought the assets of Greenberg Glass Emergency’s depot in Salford. It has also occupied the Salford premises in Dakota Avenue.

Dakota Glass paid £70,000 [$103,578] for the assets and for a short-term license to occupy the premises.
