PPG names new ARG customer service manager

Bryan Kirby has become manager, customer service, for PPG automotive replacement glass, succeeding William Horvath, who recently retired after 31 years of service with PPG Industries, Pittsburgh.

Kirby joined PPG in 1998 as a chemical engineer for the chloralkalai and derivatives business and held various engineering positions before becoming design engineer in 2002 for the group. In 2003, he moved to the ARG business as a business analyst. In 2005, he was promoted to senior business analyst and became business services coordinator in 2007.

Kirby has an undergraduate degree in chemical engineering from West Virginia University and an MBA from Carnegie Mellon’s Tepper School of Business.
