Jiangxi Xingan to build a 300,000-ton/year PV glass project

On November 6, 2008, a signing ceremony of a PV glass project was held in Xingan, Jiangxi. With a total investment of 600 million yuan, the project can produce 300,000 tons of PV glass per year.

In recent year, based on its resource advantage, Xingan County focus on salt-chemical industry as the lifeline for its economic development and continuously improves investment environment.

As one of the six largest industrial featured parts, salt-chemical industry town has been planed and becomes the first choice for constructing projects of salt-chemical industry and the supported industries. The 300,000-ton/year PV glass project is one of the supported projects and a promising high-tech project. After its completion, the project will be a stimulus to the development of PV industry for Xingan County, or even for the whole Jiangxi.
