1. Glass industry is very periodic. Under the circumstance of sliding global economy and China domestic slowing growth, as winter comes, most of listed glass companies will undergo a hard time in business operation.
2. Real estate is the main downstream industry of glass. Though the government has issued seven policies to stimulate the demand for real estate, it doesn’t work. The recession in demand will lead to a downturn in glass industry in the long run.
3. Proposals for investment: most glass companies at an average performance should maintain their shares at the neutral rating and pay attention to the competitive and technological varieties of products.
