Shares of Qinhuangdao Yaohua Glass suspended for reorganization

Qinhuangdao Yaohua Glass Co., Ltd., a listed subsidiary of China Yaohua Glass Group Corporation, has suspended its shares from November 13, 2008. Up to now, the company has completed its work in audit and will be filed for its assets evaluation. Meanwhile, the company is also contacting with the related departments to discuss about its share transfer and assets reorganization.

For the uncertainties, the company has suspended its shares and promised to reveal its information during the suspension every week.
