Fengyang strives to develop its silica glass industry

Fengyang county of Anhui province has a rich silicon resources and a promising future in deep processing. In September, the leaders of provincial government put forth the idea of upgrading the development of Fengyang silica glass industry to a key strategic of Anhui and creating a predominant silica glass industrial base of China.

In order to carry out the scientific mining better and increase the additional value of silicon resources, the Economic Commission of Anhui Province sponsored a symposium and invited representatives from Anhui Building Materials Association, Anhui Building Materials Academy and Anhui Architecture Industry College and experts to discuss the Development Planning for Fengyang Silica Glass Industry.

The revision of this planning has been completed for the verification of experts.
