Price of float glass in major cities of China rises slightly in November

Movements of Float Glass Prices in China's Major Cities (Unit: yuan/m²)

According to the updated statistics, price of float glass in China’s major cities rises slightly in November. In early November, the average price of 5mm float glass is 29.41 yuan/m², up 0.26 yuan/m² month-on-month or 0.89%, and up 2.50 yuan/m² year-on-year or 8.71%.

Among those cities, price of 5mm float glass rises from 21.5 yuan/m² in Octover to 24 yuan/m² in Hohhot, Inner Mongolia, up 11.62%, higher than the average. However, prices of the float glass in 30% of cities have fallen by 0.5-5 yuan/m², among which price of 5mm float glass in Panzhihua, Sichuan drops by the most, from 33 yuan/m² in last month to 27 yuan/m² in November, down 15.15%. Prices of float glass in the rest of those cities keeps steady.
