CLFG to settle its PDP glass substrate project in Mianyang, Sichuan

On December 4, 2008, a delegation from China Luoyang Float Glass Group Co., Ltd. (CLFG), leaded by Jiang Hong, the General Engineer, has visited Mianyang, Sichuan to discussion about the location of the PDP glass substrate project. The project is expected to site in South of Changhong Industrial Park, Mianyang Economic Development Zone, covering an area of about 650 Mu.

The first phase of the PDP glass substrate project will occupy an area of 350 Mu, including a 250-Mu floating plant for a 200T/D float glass line and a 100-Mu processing plant for a PDP glass substrate line that ensures an annual output at 2.16 million. It is invested with about CNY 1 billion.

The second phase will cover an area of 300 Mu to build two ultra-white PV rolled cover product line.

The PDP glass substrate project belongs to the PDP assorted industrial project of Changhong. As a support for the healthy and rapid development of Changhong PDP project, it will profoundly impact the rebuilding and development of Mianyang City.
