And in a unique twist, the 2009 agenda has been crafted with a special emphasis on best practices for multi-branch locations.
Hosted by the National Glass Association, the conference will be held February 18-20 at the beautiful Omni Orlando Resort at ChampionsGate in Orlando, Fla.
Featured presenters include:

Jeff Dietrich, ITR Senior Analyst, delivering an economic forecast for the glass industry; and,
Senior executives from leading glass corporations such as Glass America, Glass Doctor and Jack Morris Auto Glass, sharing best practices in such key areas as marketing, sales management, customer service and operational efficiencies
"I’m very excited about our agenda and the outstanding speakers we have lined up for the 2009 conference," said Steve Mort, CEO of Don’s Mobile and chairman of the National Glass Association. "I believe our special emphasis on best practices for multi-branch locations will be extremely valuable to our attendees, and our breakout sessions and panel discussions are sure to stimulate vigorous and insightful dialogue. I am particularly excited about our panel discussion on ‘Technical Excellence from the Eyes of the Technician’, featuring some of the best technicians in our industry, including GlassPro’s Jeff Olive, multiple winner of national installation competitions. Every shop owner that is looking to improve their company’s performance will want to attend this session."
