CLFG succeeded in producing large-scale float glass in Africa

China Luoyang Float Glass Group Co., Ltd. (CLFG) has received good news from Algeria, Africa that a 600-ton float glass line has made its first success in producing a 12mm large-area float glass. After test, the product reaches not only the car standard but also the strict European quality standard. The total rate of finished products reaches to 75%. Products will be sold to European and American markets.

The 600-ton float glass production line is a high-tech line designed and built by CLFG according to the European Standard. It was put into production in July 2007. With the joint efforts of engineers and technicians from CLFG and its Algeria-based subsidiary, all the technical indexes have reached the European standard and the glass line has realized the high-quality and high-yield production.
