The most important photovoltaic user forum in the German-speaking region is now heading into the 24th round. From March 4 – 6, Germany’s solar industry will be meeting in Bad Staffelstein to talk about the latest developments in technology, current market developments and experience with photovoltaic systems. SCHOTT Solar will again be attending and plans to introduce its latest developments, including a high-performance double glass module that owes its high degree of effectiveness to a new surface structure for the cells that features an ISO texture.

“For years, the OTTI PV Symposium has been one of the most important dates in our ‘solar year’. We will be participating in this key convention for Germany’s solar industry already for the 17th time and look forward to the lively exchange with our customers and users,” notes Michael Harre, Chief Sales Officer at SCHOTT Solar AG. “The OTTI Symposium also provides us with an appropriate forum for discussing research and development topics,” he explains.

This year, the company will not only be revealing its latest developments, but also inviting all interested participants to visit the company’s site in Alzenau on March 6. A tour through the SmartSolarFab and solar cell production at SCHOTT Solar AG will round off the agenda of the 24th Symposium on Photovoltaic Solar Energy.
