Guardian ClimaGuard SPF will be featured in the next broadcast of "The Profiles Series," Wednesday, April 29, 2009, at 7 p.m. Eastern and Pacific times on the Bravo cable channel. According to a company announcement, Guardian ClimaGuard SPF was selected for the program because of its unique ability to help solve homeowners' challenges with the fading of their home furnishings due to sun exposure.
In this upcoming episode, the Profiles Series will explain the technology behind Guardian's residential glass program and the advantages ClimaGuard SPF provides in protecting a home's valuable furniture, carpets, flooring and artwork while allowing in natural daylight. According to information from the company, Guardian ClimaGuard SPF blocks more than 99 percent of the sun's UV rays so home furnishings are better protected from fading and discoloration.
"Home owners are becoming more and more aware of the sun's effect on their belongings," said Bill Stevens, vice president of sales for Unique Window and Door. "We've been carrying the Guardian ClimaGuard SPF for two years and we get very positive feedback. It protects some of the big investments (in a home)."
