Quanex Building Products Announces Executive Leadership Appointments

Quanex Building Products has announced several key leadership appointments effective November 1.


Scott M. Zuehlke was appointed to senior vice president and chief financial officer. Zuehlke joined the company in 2016 as vice president of investor relations and treasurer, and has most recently been serving as interim chief financial officer. He received his bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Texas and master’s degree in business administration from the University of Houston.


Mark A. Livingston is now chief accounting officer in addition to his already held positions of vice president and controller, which he began in 2019. Livingston is a certified public accountant and holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Texas.


Paul B. Cornett will replace Kevin P. Delaney in the role of secretary. He has also been appointed to the role of senior vice president in addition to the already held position of general counsel. Cornett joined the company as a staff attorney in 2005 and has held various positions of increasing responsibility, according to the company. He earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from Rice University and juris doctorate from the University of Chicago Law School.
