Glaston Fully Display the new trend of glass processing industry on China Glass 2009

In China Glass 2009, the largest glass fair in China that was successfully closed on May 16th, Glaston fully displayed their newest products, technology and services. This time, Glaston’s devisions, like Tamglass, Bavelloni, Uniglass and A+W Software all have been showed on this fair. Glaston also built the virtual factory to make people experience the whole processing of glass, specially the new trend of architectural and solar glass.

Comparing with before, the area of Glaston’s booth is the largest. For them, Asian market, especially China, plays much important role. “China market is not only huge, but also has the best growing prospect for world economy. In the past years, we have invested a lot to China market. In 2007, the new factory of Glaston was settled in Tianjing. In 2008, we continuously improve the market, and have formed the new structure of north Asian market. Zhang Dongcheng, the general manager of north market will lead our group to better offer the technology supporting to our clients, as well as the promote the selling. ”  said by Mika Seitovirta, the chairman and CEO of Glaston.

New products
In 2008, Glaston has started to manufacture the pre-processing and heat treatment equipments. “Our target is to offer the product that is more suitable for local market, and improve the capacity of our products’ localization. On this fair, the Syncro Cutting Lline MFS 37/27 and first PowerEdge VX/10 3000 used in Low-e glass processing, both of them are made by our factory of TianjingL”, said by Zhang Dongcheng, the gereral manager of north Asian market.

This year, we add new tempering technology that has gained patent in United States to our products range for the factory in Tinjing. Our flat glass tempering equipment, besides GHF Super™,GHF Convection™ and ProE CCS™, we have new one--- CHF™, which is famous for its high productivity and high quality glass, and can be applied in the processing of appliance glass and architecture. Beyond this, CHF™ also can meet the needs of solar glass’ high quality and other special requirements.  The double chamber convection technology of ProE CCS™ has been approval of various low-e glass processing companies.

On this fair, Glaston also display the various diamond wheels of Bavelloni. These products have been produced in China.
