In order to check logistics service quality, improve service level and administrative service quality and look for the areas of improvement, Hehe Group carried out employee satisfaction survey.
On the afternoon of July 24, administrative department persons delivered questionnaires and pens to the employees. The employees filled in the questionnaire and put forward some good advices, expressing what did they think.
The survey last over one hours. About 400 employees participated in the survey and told their opinions about logistics service quality.
