State officials toured a Vineland business Thursday that a state program is helping expand.
NDS Technologies, Inc. plans to complete a move to a larger building in early September. The Vineland company plans to add employees to its glass-making operation, which handcrafts glass products for medical and other uses.
The New Jersey Economic Development Authority guaranteed half of the $300,000 in financing from Susquehanna Bank that allowed NDS to acquire the new building. In guaranteeing the loan, the NJEDA would cover the loss if NDS defaulted on the loan.
NDS has about 20 employees and would add about five more jobs after the move.
