Rushan to start the green energy industry base construction

With the start of Huaneng Fengdian, Blue-red PV, Taiwan Cuiyuan and other large energy projets, Rushan, Shandong Province, are forming a new green energy industry base.

Recently, Blue-red PV project invested 1 billion U.S. dollars was located in Rushan City. The project planed to set up 66 glass-Si power brick production lines. After completed, the annual capacity was 330 MW.

Cuiyuan optical project was mainly engaged in the development, production and sales of photoelectric materials, power diode epitaxial films, the new chips and related electronic components. This project planned to make Rushan become the LED industry base in Shandong, even in China in 3 year.

The City Clerk of Rushan City, Fu Guangzhao said that under the undergrand of global financial crisis, “we should strive to develop green energy industry, cultivate new economic growth point, promote adjustment and upgrade of industrial structure optimization and enhance the core competitiveness to lay the industrial base for Runshan’s sustainable development.” According to this idea, the government opened up the green channel and unveiled a series of preferential policies on tax reduction and exemption, etc..
