The Glass Association of North America (GANA) announced today that the energy portion of its Fall Conference, the @Glassnational Energy Seminars sponsored by Solar Glazing Magazine, will be broadcast live on GANA’s website. The program features presentations by John Lewis of the National Fenestration Rating Council discussing the Component Modeling Approach (CMA) Program, Kansas Governor Mark Parkinson discussing alternative energy sources including solar glazing, Gary Faykosh of Willard & Kelsey Solar Group discussing solar energy and Scott Thomsen of Guardian Industries Corp., which is sponsoring the broadcast of Thomsen’s presentation, about opportunities for the glass industry in solar glazing. The event will be broadcast live at 8 a.m. Central Daylight Time on Thursday, September 3.
“This second year of GANA Live Events online packs a powerful punch,” says Brian Pitman, GANA’s director of marketing and communications. “Last year nearly a thousand people tuned in for our keynote. This year, we anticipate an even wider interest in our expanded program.”
The GANA Fall Conference begins today and runs through Thursday in Kansas City, Mo.
