CSG A proposed joint-venture plant in Wujiang, Jiangsu Province

CSG A  and He-tai Enterprise Co., Ltd.decided to establish Wujiang CSG Glass Co., Ltd. in Economic Development Zone, Wujiang City , Jiangsu Province, to set up high-grade float glass production line.Wujiang CSG registered capital of 40 million U.S. dollars, in which, CSG A  funded 30 million U.S. dollars, accounting for 75% of the registered capital; He-tai invested 10 million U.S. dollars, accounting for 25% of the registered capital.

According to Notice, WUjiang CSG planed to establish 600T/D and 900T/D high-grade float glass production line in Wujiang Economic Development Zone, which will use clean energy natural gas as fuel and set up a waste heat power station as supporting  construction.The total investment is 846 million yuan, investment in fixed assets 816 million yuan; circulating fund 30 million yuan.Construction period is 18 months, which is planned for completion in early 2011. After the completion of the project, it  annually will produce 49 thousand tons of high-grade float glass.
