Sam Shipley, glass technician for AAA Auto Glass in Taneytown, Md., will travel across the nation next week to compete in the Pilkington Classic Auto Glass Technician Olympics (AGTO) in Las Vegas. Shipley, 34, has 15 years' experience.
He and his wife, Brandee, have two children, Kayla and Caleb. In his spare time, he enjoys fixing anything gas-powered.
The AGTO will be held November 6-7 in Las Vegas at the Mandalay Bay Convention Center as part of Auto Glass Week™.
