Luoyang Glass Group planned to use three years to build five industries platform

Recently, in order to effectively Rresponse to the crisis, Luoyang Glass Group provided a three years plan from 2010 to 2012 and this plan received the support of Board of Directors and shareholders.

Luoyang Glass Group planned to build five industries platform including Float Glass Industrial Platform, Processing glass industrial platform, High-tech Industrial Platform, International Engineering Industrial Platform and Silicon Business Platform. Float glass production in 2012 will reach 21.4 million heavy boxes, LOW-E glass, 600 square meters, achieving sales income of 6.012 billion yuan.

In recent years, competition in the domestic glass market disorder is more intense. The  production capacity increase greatly. As a result, the development of glass industry is limited, which made a trade deficit situation. To this end, Luoyang Glass Group set forth a strategy for transformation and sustainable development in the three-year development plan.

Luoyang Glass Group will focus on developing the following projects within three years: four LOW-E glass production lines; Reconstruction project of Ultra-thin float glass production line technology;Effort to complete construction projects in Xinjiang glass, flue gas treatment and waste heat power generation project, PDP project, ultra-thin super-white and the TCO project, BIPV (building integrated photovoltaic) projects, overseas projects and so on.
