Adding an appropriate amount of broken glass contribute to the manufacture of glass

In the production of glass bottles and  glass, it can add an appropriate amount of broken glass. Glass recycling refers to sea variety of glass packaging waste glass product to put into glass production as material. The refered glass products is not only glass bottle but also other building materials and household glass products. Why should add an appropriate amount of broken glass contribute to the manufacture of glass? The reason is that broken glass can be melt under the lower humidity situation. Recycling glass bottles need less heat. And the furnace can also reduce the wear and tear. Studies have shown that adding an appropriate amount (30%) of broken glass contribute to the manufacture of glass. What's more recycling glass can promote environmental protection.

At present, in the producion of glass, mostly using 20% of broken glass in order to promote the glass to be melt and mix with 1uartz sand, feldspar and soda ash and other materials.
