Jiangsu Yaohua Pilkington Glass On-line Low-E coated glass project with a total investment of 350 million yuan goes into operation on December 8.

Jiangsu Yaohua Pilkington Glass Co., Ltd. is located in Changshu Economic Development Zone. The company is invested and built up by Shanghai Yaohua Pilkington Glass Co., Ltd. and United Kingdom Pilkington Group Limited. The total investment reaches 96.68 million U.S. dollars.  United Kingdom Pilkington Group Limited is one of the largest glass manufacturers in the world. Pilkington is mainly specialized in the production of architectural glass, automotive glass and solar glass. Its production and sales cover 130 countries and regions.

Jiangsu Yaohua Pilkington Glass On-line Low-E coated glass project applied Chemical vapor deposition technology developed by Pilkington. The products have many features including low radiation, easy processing, durable, environmental protection and energy saving. What's more, the products can be widely used in business building, curtain wall and civil architecture. According to a market survey, last year, the demand of on-line Low-E coated glass was about 16 million square meters. And it is estimated that the demand will reach 155 million square meters. Market prospect is very broad.
