Montecito California is an attraction richer with this multi million glass palace. The total construction took close to six years. Montecito well known for its stunning views is proud to have this extra media attention coming to town. The house overlooks the Montecito fern and oak covered landscape.

Interior of the Glass House

The house offers five luxurious bedrooms which all offer the same stunning view of the landscape. Five bathrooms offer the guests the privacy when bathing and even from the bathtub one can gape into the be yonder. The spacious kitchen is neighbored by a large wine room, with its own cooling systems to keep the delightful liquids at precise temperatures.

Hermann did not stop with designing the crystal house itself he also invested plenty of time in constructing and scaping some of the Pavilions architectural furniture.

Steve Hermann Art and Cars

Hermann also an art collector has decorated his new house with an elaborate array of art collected from all over the world, clearly indicating that this home is owned by a well traveled individual. Along art Architect Steve Hermann is an automobile enthusiast and has accumulated a large collection of vintage cars, all his bolides found their homes within the compound of The Glass Pavilion.

The Glass Pavilion is a true marble in the Montecito landscape. Originally designed as the ideal home for the architect himself, recently a for sale sign was seen at one of the Californian Real Estate agents.
