Goldstein/Eswood , established in 1911, is an Australian food service equipment manufacturer. They design and build their “Goldstein” cooking equipment and “Eswood” dishwashers to suit Australian conditions. Eswood’s C1-3B is a professional glass washing system that is ideal for hotels, clubs and public bars.
The C1-3B Professional Glass Washing System is built in accordance with Australian Health Authority Regulations. This compact machine can fit easily on bench-top or under-bar. It provides a fast turnaround of up to 1800 glasses per hour. It also features an internal wash chamber with 234 mm vertical clearance to cater for standard beer jugs. This unit has a wash and rinse system with rotating upper and lower arms and angle jets for efficient wash results. Push button provides the automatic operation with either a hot cycle or a hot cycle followed by a cooling cycle.
The unit comes with a pre-programmed detergent injection. For right sanitizing temperatures, its boost heater is interlocked with the machine operation. The glass washer has safety controls to halt the operation when the door is open. It consumes just 6 litres of water for wash/rinse cycle and 7.5 litres for wash/hot rinse/cold rinse cycle.
The C1-3B Professional Glass washing system cabinet is made of stainless steel and components that are exposed to water are made of selected stainless steel, non-ferrous or synthetic materials for added durability.
