Insulating glass butyl sealant WD-01



Characteristics:



Butyl sealant WD-01 is the single-component, hot-melt sealant, made from the raw materials butyl rubber and polyethylene. The product possesses great sealing properties with the common insulating glass materials such as glass and aluminum; WD-01 can keep a long application life for insulating glass systems based on the low moisture penetration chance.



WD-01 is a non-chemic reactive, hot-melt sealant, with no harm to human and environment. It is therefore considered as a “Green” product.



Insulating glass units made of WD-01 accord with the standard GB/T11944-2002 of 《Insulating glass》



Main application：



WD-01 is to be used as the sealant material at the Primary Sealant in manufacturing insulating glass units.
