Recently we designed a deep fryer and we are tring to find a supplier for its glass view vindow. Withing this time we have been introduced with many suppliers and tested their samples, but the truth that they are not professionals in the field of glass for deep fryer and their samples failed the tests. So now we are searching to find a professional in this field or somebody that at least have the experience of manufacturing a similar part for an electric deep fryer. Kindly find the attached drawing for yr reference.
For the glass:
Mechanical tests:
1-place the sample on 2 platforms with the size of 3*3Cm on 2 shorter edges. Drop a 227 gr. steel ball from the height of 1.45m freely on its centre. The sample shouldn't be broken.
2- Fix the glass on on side. Heat the glass on one side and heat it on the other side. The broken parts should be less than 50 pieces"
Temperature test:
1- The sample is heated in an oven to 250°Cand maintained for 60 Min. The glass shouldn't be factured or have cracks.Then it should be taken out and put into water with 20°C. Again neither crack nor fracture should happen to the part.
