Northwest’s Largest Photovoltaic Glass Industrial Base Officially Started Construction in Xining Development Zone

 (China Glass Network) Qinghai Guangke Photovoltaic Glass Co., Ltd started to construct the first phase of ultra-white rolling solar photovoltaic glass project, whose daily output can reach 730 tons. The project will locate in Nanchuan Industrial Park, Xining Economic Development Zone. This project makes use of Qinghai’s resources advantage, extends solar photovoltaic industrial chain, develop and construct downstream products. The project will fill the blank of ultra-white rolling solar photovoltaic glass in Qinghai, become the largest solar photovoltaic glass industrial base in Northwest, further improve solar photovoltaic industry.

Solar photovoltaic glass is one of the most innovative high-tech special glass, mainly used as the cover glass of solar photovoltaic generation cell module. It is light controllable and energy-saving, without waste gas, waste heat, waste residue and noise pollution. It is an indispensable component of solar energy photovoltaic generation products.

The total investment of this project is 850 million yuan. After production, it will produce ultra-white rolling solar photovoltaic glass of 3.6182 million cases annually, realize annual sales income of 687 million yuan. The construction period is three years. And it will provide more than 700 jobs.
