Following the order of Lugansk distillery «Luga-Nova» CJSC the plant of «DanCo Décor» Company has finished decoration of bottles for «Black Panther» vodka. This order is not the first result of our joint cooperation. It embodies the common vision of decor of vodka for men.Decorated bottle of «Black Panther» vodka has bold, extraordinary design. On a black frosted bottle is depicted a beautiful woman who is often compared with a black panther that symbolizes independence, beauty, passion and grace.Image is applied by screen printing method with UV-inks on the bottles pre-painted in black matt colour. Due to usage of UV-inks the image can be applied on painted bottles. It would be impossible with the usage of ceramic paints that need firing (this would destroy the pre-applied paint). Curing process of UV-inks on the bottle occurs under the influence of ultraviolet rays so rapidly that it allows almost complete elimination of the image distortion of bitmaps, and colour transfer becomes more precise and graded. Application of bitmaps is another important advantage of UV-inks usage. It allows printing images with a higher screen ruling, and offers an opportunity to get a better picture.Usage of various technologies, their competent combination by the specialists of our company allows implementation of any idea of design.
