Saint Gobain France, Trakya Cam, take joint control of Saint Gobain Egypt

Saint Gobain Glass France, controlled by French glass maker Saint-Gobain SA and Turkey-based Trakya Cam Sanayii AS, owned by Turkish glass company Sisecam, take joint control of Saint Gobain Glass Egypt, a maker of glass for building and automotive applications (approved Dec. 4), according to a Dec. 4 Reuters report.
