A Declaration on Intellectual Property

We hereby declare as follows

LandGlass has always attached importance to protecting its own intellectual property and valued intellectual property of others at the same time.In view that Glaston Group recently started legal proceedings in China against China’s manufacturers of glass processing machinery with its patent, LandGlass has filed a declaration of avoidance against the patent based on our careful analysis on relevant patent of Glaston in order to safeguard the lawful rights and interests of LandGlass and the overall industry.

Up to the date when this declaration is issued, LandGlass has not yet received any legal documents on intellectual property from any competent court.
