Binswanger is closing its Jackson, Miss., retail location, according to an official at the branch. The Jackson branch, with eight employees, is winding down current work and will likely cease operations by the end of February, according to the branch official. Company executives did not comment on the closure.
Binswanger also operates a Mississippi branch in Flowood, and mobile locations in Southaven and Olive Branch, according to the company's website. The company was acquired in January 2012 by Grey Mountain Partners, a Boulder, Colo., private equity firm.
