Former employee sues Cabell Glass for violation of policy

A former employee is suing Cabell Glass Company, Inc., for violations of the West Virginia Wage Payment and Collection Act, according to a Feb. 23 article in The West Virginia Record. Michael P. Wentz was employed by the defendant from 2005 until Feb. 18, 2011, according to a complaint filed Feb. 6 in Cabell Circuit Court, the article states.
