DFI announces new slate of officers and directors

Officials at Diamon-Fusion International Inc., Irvine, Calif., announced a new slate of officers and directors as part of therecent restructuring of its operations.

The newly formed Executive Committeeconsists of company officers Adam Zax, president and CEO; Guillermo Seta, corporate vice president; and Rubin Turner, corporate counsel, according to a release.

Other previously appointed key positions include Russ Slaybaugh, vice president and general manager, along with the following positions: Todd Gentry, director of operations and strategic planning; Yasser Elassal, director of research and technology; and Carl Christ, director of on-site services.
