In response to a January Executive Order issued by President Obama, the Environmental Protection Agency is inviting public input on how best to review its regulations. In seeking input, EPA said it would provide its retrospective review plan, as well an initial list of regulations it plans to review in late May, according to a Feb. 18 Window & Door report.
